283 N Milwaukee St | Boise | fujiyamaboise.com

Fujiyama is a locally owned restaurant that's as friendly as it is charming. It's a small, cozy restaurant with tables and chairs as well as an open bar where you can see the chefs make the sushi. With its vibrant green walls and unique wall art, Fujiyama is a one-of-a-kind restaurant.

Jason Huang, the owner and head chef, has over 15 years of culinary experience with over 10 years working with sushi. He took his experience and uses it in his restaurant where he makes inventive sushi rolls that locals love. Chef Jason is committed to quality authentic Japanese food and sushi and that's what you'll be getting every time you come here.

The menu at Fujiyama is massive and covers just about everything under the sun. They have hibachi, appetizers, sushi, donburi, and so many more. If you're looking for a restaurant to spend time with friends and family, Shogun is the perfect place. It's a casual restaurant with a very relaxed feel to it. The decoration is minimal with just a few pieces of wall art while still providing you with a unique atmosphere. They have a sushi bar as well if you'd rather sit at the bar.

Shogun offers high-quality sushi that's made on the spot and delivered to you quickly. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. They’ll help guide you and pick out a selection.

Generally, most sushi menus are pretty large because there are so many rolls that chefs can create. Shogun is no exception. They also offer more than sushi including lunch specials, appetizers, and entrees. With all of their sushi options, you might have a tough time selecting one. We recommend the Ninja roll which is shrimp tempura, crab, and cucumber topped with spicy tuna, eel sauce, spicy mayo, habanera sauce, and tempura crunch. It's spicy, it's crunchy, and it's delicious. Make sure to give Shogun a try.

Talk about creativity! Rotary Sushi turns every sushi dish into a work of art. Not only will they sculpt the sushi to make it look like a dragon or another creature, but they also decorate the plate using different sauces giving you a beautiful picture with your sushi. It is a unique restaurant where each meal is picture-worthy.

The food tastes as good as it looks with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of rice to filling ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that all your needs are taken care of. Pop up onto a stool at the sushi bar and watch as the rotary line delivers sushi straight to you.

They have a large menu that includes appetizers, salads, sushi rolls, sashimi, tempura, teriyaki, donburi, fried rice, and loads more. Seriously, this menu is never-ending. If you're with someone who isn’t a fan of sushi, they also offer a good selection of entrees to choose from. Everyone can find something to enjoy at Rotary Sushi.

"BEST SUSHI BOISE ALERT Fresh, delicious choices on rotary bar! Very nice and attentive staff! Rock n Roll Roll (tempura deliciousness) and Crazy Roll (with crab and lemon) were excitingly good! A must try for sure! This place beats any sushi restaurant I've visited in treasure valley so far. I also like that they protect their sushi with toppers on the rotating sushi bar so they stay more protected! They also have a full menu. Enjoy!" - Yelp Review
